The store is clean and well organized but it is a bit of a stretch to call the clothes they sell "designer".
- Tim (7 months ago):
Their store line shirts are locally made, not imported on some mega cargo ship, and is very nice style comfortable

Nice selection of shoes, accessories, and clothes. Always enjoy a trip here to see what I can find. A great place to adventure to and discover something new.

Lots of fun finds for a good deal! Cashier made a mistake on my sale items and I had to point it out and explain it but she did fix it so all was well. She wasn’t super friendly though so that’s why just 4 stars.

I had a very bad experience during my first visit to Cary Lane, due to the poor treatment from two workers, Fern and Simone—especially Fern. Their lack of professionalism and courtesy was truly disappointing. However, when I returned to address an issue with a clothing item I had purchased, Lavi and the head store manager completely turned things around. They not only accommodated us but also treated us with exceptional care, respect, and kindness—qualities that Fern and Simone unfortunately lacked. Thanks to Lavi and the store manager , my perception of the store has changed, and I’ll definitely be coming back because of this positive experience!

Extremely Disappointed with Refund Policy I recently had a terrible experience with Carylane and felt compelled to share my dissatisfaction. Despite their claim of having a return policy, the reality is quite different. Terrible Return Policy – Beware! But here's the kicker – you better keep that original receipt and price tags intact! It's like they're stuck in the Stone Age, oblivious to the convenience of digital records. And don't even think about returning sale, marked-down, or any other items they've conveniently labeled as final sale. It's a blatant attempt to trap customers into keeping unwanted products. To top it off, no refunds are offered! Seriously? In this day and age, a company that refuses to provide refunds is a red flag. I strongly advise against shopping at Cary Lane unless you enjoy navigating through an absurdly restrictive return policy. Disgruntled Customer. P.S. In essence, the so-called return policy is nothing more than a smokescreen. I strongly advise potential customers to think twice before making any purchases from Carylane as their refund policy appears to be more of a scam than a genuine commitment to customer satisfaction.

Hidden gem within area with lots of touristy places. This shop had some really good quality stylish clothes at a fair price. For example really nice pure linen cotton shirt, that is made in San Francisco, yet under $100
